TSI Services Management inc. was co-founded in 2012 by Maurice Malka, as an offshoot his first company: Telecom Services International SA (TSI®) established in 1981, which operated in Canada, the USA, and Europe.
TSI® is a pioneer in telecom solutions for large corporate and institutional clients (financial institutions, hospitals, government agencies). Among its innovations, it developed one of the first prepaid long-distance calling cards under the brand name “Genius Pass”.
